尿清蛋白排泄率与血浆同型半胱氨酸在糖尿病肾病诊疗中的价值 被引量:3

摘要 目的通过检测2型糖尿病患者尿清蛋白排泄率(UAER)和血清同型半胱氨酸(HCY)水平,探讨尿清蛋白排泄率(UAER)和血清同型半胱氨酸水平与2型糖尿病肾损伤的关系及其临床意义。方法该院住院2型糖尿病患者53例,根据尿清蛋白排泄率(UAER)和血肌酐(SCr)水平分为糖尿病肾病组31例和糖尿病肾功能正常组22例,同时30例健康体检者为对照组,分别检测其尿素氮(BUN)、肌酐(Cr)、尿酸(UA)、空腹血糖(GLU)和尿清蛋白排泄率(UAER)等,采用循环酶法检测HCY水平,并进行统计分析。结果①糖尿病肾病组与正常对照组HCY,BUN,Cr,UA,GLU和UAER比较,差异有统计学意义(t=4.372~15.681,P均〈0.05)。②糖尿病肾功能正常组与正常对照组UA和GLU比较,差异有统计学意义(t=4.015,7.321,P均〈0.05)。而BUN,Cr,HCY和UAER水平比较差异无统计学意义(t=0.761~1.432,P均〉0.05)。③糖尿病肾病组和糖尿病肾功能正常组BuN,Cr,UAER以及HCY比较差异有统计学意义(t=5.478~13.021,P〈0.05)。而UA和GLU差异无统计学意义(t=0.325,0.417,P均〉0.05)。糖尿病肾损伤患者HCY和UAER指标之间呈正相关关系(r=0.817,P〈0.05)。结论联合检测UAER和HCY水平可作为糖尿病肾病患者早期诊疗的检测指标。
