我院Ⅰ类切口手术预防性应用抗菌药物干预前后对比分析

Comparative Analysis of Hospital Prophylactic Antimicrobial Drug Use before and after Antibiotic Intervention of Class I Incision Surgery in Our Hospital

目的:了解我院Ⅰ类切口手术预防性应用抗菌药物在抗菌药物临床应用专项整治的前后的情况,在加强抗菌药物使用的管理,促进临床合理用药提供依据。方法:采用回顾性调查的方法,根据国家抗菌药物专项整治活动精神,对我院2012年9-12月和2013年9-12月Ⅰ类切口手术出院病历各200份,对比分析干预前后抗菌药物预防性使用情况。结果:经过干预后,我院I类切口手术预防性抗菌药物使用率由47.0%降至24.5%,符合卫生部I类切口手术患者预防使用抗菌药物比例不超过30%的规定,抗菌药物使用合格率逐步提高,但仍存在用药时机错误、药物选择不当、用药时间过长的问题。结论:我院Ⅰ类切口手术预防性抗菌药物使用率明显降低,抗菌药物使用合格率明显提高,但仍需进一步规范管理,提高合理用药水平。

Objective： To understand the antimicrobial prophylactic use in class I incision surgery in our hospital, to enhance the management of antimicrobial drug use, and to provide the basis for the promotion of rational drug use. Methods： Retrospective survey methods were adopted. In accordance to the spirit of national special rectification activities of antimicrobial drugs, 200 class I incision hospital medical records in our hospital from September to December 2012 and September to December 2013 were collected and analyzed. Rcgttlts： After the intervention, the rate of antibiotic prophylaxis of Class I incision surgery dropped from 47.0% to 24.5%, which is consistent with the requirement of Ministry of Health of no more than 30%. The use of antimicrobial drugs improved, but there were still problems as wrong administration time, improper choice of drugs and long duration of treatment. Conclusion： The prophylactic antibiotics use of hospital class I incision surgery decreased significantly. The use of antimicrobial drugs significantly improved, but still need further standard management.
