摘要
本文对某院发生的由于服用氯吡格雷后出现严重低血压不良反应进行分析,提示医务工作者在使用氯吡格雷的时候不仅要掌握适应症,还要特别关注用药剂量,联合用药时药物相互作用,以及用药期间患者的反应,以免发生严重后果。
Adverse reaction of severe hypotension due to clopidogrel was analyzed, which suggested that medicalworkers should pay attention not only to the indications in the use of clopidogrel, but also to the dosage and medication interactions in the combination therapy, and watch patient＇s response during the treatment to avoid serious consequences.
