基于绿色制造理念的工程实践教学研究

针对工程实践教学中忽视绿色制造理念的培养和绿色技术的应用、导致大学生环境保护意识淡薄等现象,提出在工程实践教学中,需结合企业和社会发展的要求,进行教学内容和方式改革。改革主要从实验室环境建设、实训产品的绿色设计与制造、加强与企业合作、绿色创新能力培养等方面进行,着力构建低碳环保、绿色制造的实践教学体系,不断增强大学生绿色环保的工程意识,为我们从制造大国向制造强国迈进提供人才保障和智力支撑。

As the Current situation that faint idea of college student about environmental protection for the neglect on training con-cept of green manufacturing and the application in green technology,it put forward reformation about teaching contents and methods in the engineering practice teaching according to the requirements of the company＇s and social development. The main aspects of reform is the construction of laboratory environment, the design and manufacturing in green about training product, strengthen cooperation with en-terprises, the training of green innovation ability and so on. A system of engineering practice teaching in low-carbon and environmen-tally friendly and green manufacturing is focused on building, so as to enhance engineering consciousness of students about environmen-tal protection, and provide talent and intellectual support for the development that from a big manufacturing country to a power manu-facturing country.
