摘要
利用FLUENT软件中的多重参考系法和标准κ-ε模型对不同层间距的双层桨混合过程进行数值模拟,分析了示踪剂的扩散过程,得到不同层间距对混合时间的影响,并由混合时间确定搅拌桨叶片最佳层间距。在246L搅拌槽内对3层搅拌桨的搅拌效果进行数值模拟,总结桨叶深度对进口负压的影响规律,确定对应进口负压最大时的最佳桨叶深度。
By the multiple reference frame method and standardκ-εmodel,the numerical simulation of stirring mixing process for double and three layers blade were studied.The effect of blade layer spacing of double layers on mixing time was examined,and the optimal layer spacing was determined.A numerical simulation for stirring effect of three layers impeller in 246 Lstirred tank was researched.The influence of blade insertion depth on entrance negative pressure was summarized and the best blade depth was determined.
