摘要
食品安全企业标准是食品安全标准体系的重要组成部分。本文从焙烤食品企业安全标准制定的原则、食品安全企业标准的制定程序、质量检验项目和指标选用的依据等方面介绍了如何有效地制定焙烤食品安全企业标准,为我国焙烤食品生产企业准确、快捷和有效地制定焙烤食品安全企业标准起了积极作用。
Corporate standards for food safety are important part of food safety standards system. Development of bakery enterprise security standards were introduced based on principles, programs, quality inspection project and indicators selection. It provides some positive roles for accurately, quickly and efficiently developing bakery enterprise security standards.
