论“偏才”在社会发展中的生态效应

Discussion on the Eco--effect of Partial Talent in Society Development

＂偏才＂是社会生态中不可或缺的一部分,但社会对＂偏才＂价值的认同还存在较大的争议,对＂偏才＂在社会发展过程中的生态效应还缺乏足够的认识。文章从＂偏才＂的社会意义、生态价值、现代教育伦理等视角出发,论述了＂偏才＂在社会发展中的生态效应及其培养思路,对社会上热议的自主招生制度改革和培养创新型人才等,具有重要意义。

Partial talent is an integral part of the social ecology. However, there remains wide gap of acknowledgement among the society towards the value of partial talents, and the understanding of the eco-effect generated by the partial talents within the process of social development is insufficient. Through the perspectives of the social meaning and the eco--value of partial talents, as well as the ethics of modern education, this article discusses the eco-effect of partial talents within social development and the thoughts of their cultivation, presenting significant insights in such heated debates as independent recruitment reform, new talent education, etc.
