摘要
教师专业涉及理论知识、实践智慧和应用技术3种知识,简称PPT。问题是:大学或教师教育机构仅仅关注理论知识和应用技术,而几乎不重视教师的实践智慧;有关教师专业发展的学术研究虽然开始关注教师的实践智慧,却很少为教师的实践智慧的形成提供具体可行的法案。在有关教师"实践智慧"的文献中,至少有3个值得关注的方案:一是赫尔巴特的"实践智慧";二是波兰尼推荐的"师徒制"以及"做中学";三是舒尔曼的PCK。鉴于后两者已经有太多的讨论甚至出现"过度诠释",文章重点讨论赫尔巴特的"实践智慧"。
Teachers' professional knowledge involves theoretical knowledge, practical wisdom and application technology. The question is.. the universities or the educational institutions only pay attention to the theoretical knowledge and applied technology, while the do not pay attention to the practical wisdom about teachers. Although academic research on teachers' professional development of teachers start to pay attention though practical wisdom, rarely provide specific bill for the formation of a viable practical wisdom of teachers. There are at least three programs which need us to pay attention' Herbart's practical wisdom, Polanyi's Mentoring and Learning by doing, Shulman's PCK. This article focuses on Herbert' s "practical wisdom."
