摘要 为了解河北省中小学教师专业发展与创新能力培养现状及问题,选取河北省部分地区以及石家庄周边十余所学校、百余名教师为样本,进行了走访调查。以问卷和访谈的方式对教师专业发展现状、教师创新能力现状、教师专业发展与创新能力培养关系问题、培养策略与建议等问题进行调研。课题组在对教师专业发展与创新能力培养进行分析的基础上,对教师专业发展与创新能力培养的改革和建设作了初步探索和讨论,并提出若干建议。 In order to get a clear understanding of the professional development of teachers and to foster their innovation ability, more than ten schools and colleges and hunderds of teachers was choosen as samples to investigate their pro- fessional development and to culture their innovation ability, furthermore, to make some efficient advices and suggestions and to promote their mutual development. On the basis of the statistic analysis, we tries to get an initial exploration and to make countermeasure and suggestion on the professional development of teachers and their innovation ability.
