摘要
华德福学校教育起源于德国,目前在全球发展迅猛。华德福教育理念强调个体身、心、灵的完整发展,注重身体和精神的和谐成长,根据儿童不同阶段的意识发展来建构丰富心灵、开放交流和互助合作的生活文化社区,培养个体成为具有独立意志和自由精神的人,与传统学校教育有本质区别。从华德福和传统教育的对比中研究华德福教育本真,对我国传统教育改革具有启发和指导意义,且有利于我们重新认识和思考基础教育的本质。
Waldorf education originated in German, currently, it is developing rapidly in the world. Waldorf education emphasizes the integrated development of individual body, heart and spirit, focuses on harmonious growth of physical and mental health. The essential difference between Waldorf and traditional school is that, according to children's different stages of consciousness, Waldorf education aims to develop independent personality and free spirit .At the same time, Waldorf education tries to build a cultural community with open communication,abundant experience and mutual support. Researching Waldorf education can be enlightening and instructive for the traditional education reform and it is effective for us to reacquaint and rethink the essence of basic education. It might bring some worthwhile references to the reform of Chinese basic education.
