摘要
目的:探讨护士长辱虐管理对下属护士内部人身份感知的影响。方法采用辱虐管理量表和内部人身份量表进行数据收集,采用SPSS 17.0和AMOS 17.0进行统计分析。结果辱虐管理得分均值为(2.350±1.497)分,内部人身份得分均值为(5.665±1.159)分,护士长的辱虐管理与下属的内部人身份感知具有显著的负相关(β=-0.35,P<0.01)。通过Person相关分析,得出辱虐管理与内部人身份感知具有显著的负相关(r=-0.308,P<0.01)。结论护理实践中存在某些护士长辱虐下属的现象,并且辱虐管理对下属护士的内部人身份感知具有消极影响。
Objective To explain the impact of abusive supervision of head nurse on nurse ’ perceived of insider status .Methods The abusive supervision scale and perceived of insider status scale was used to collect data.The Correlation analysis was performed using SPSS 17.0 and AMOS 17.0 software.Results The mean score of abusive supervision and perceived of insider status were (2.350 ±1.497) and (5.665 ±1.159), respectively .There was a significant negative correlation between the abusive supervision and perceived of insider status (β=-0.35,P〈0.01).According to the Pearson correlation analysis , there was a negative correlation between the abusive supervision and insider identity awareness ( r =-0.308, P 〈0.01 ). Conclusions There was a phenomenon of nurse abuse in nursing practice , and the abusive supervision of head nurse has a negative impact on their perceived of insider status .
