摘要
酒店实习是高职酒店管理专业一个重要的教育教学环节,沈阳大学新民师范学院酒店管理专业的学生通过酒店实习,极大的提升了自身的职业素养和动手能力,但还存在理想和现实差距大、角色转换困难、理论与实践脱节、实习岗位单一、同工不同酬等问题。酒店高职教育机构应注重学生实践能力的培养,做好实习动员工作,加强学生思想教育,并与酒店建立联合办学、互利共赢的长期合作关系;实习酒店应设计合理的薪酬结构,提高对酒店实习学生的管理水平,从而保证高职酒店管理专业实习教学工作的顺利进行。
Hotel internship is an important teaching link of hotel management majors of higher vocational colleges. Students from Xinmin Normal College of Shenyang University greatly promotes their vocational literacy and operational ability through hotel practice. However, there are still problems for them in terms of a large gap between ideal and reality, role transition difficulty, disjunction between theory and practice, single practice position, and unequal pay for equal positions. Higher vocational institutions shall focus on fostering student prac-tice capability, prepare students for the internship, and enhance virtue education. In addition, they shall build long-term cooperation with hotels for mutual benefits. Internship hotels shall design proper remuneration structure and improve the administration of internship stu-dents, so as to ensure sound operation of the internship of hotel management majors of higher vocational colleges.
