Frame Design for SME Supply Chain Financing

目前,我国对供应链中成员出现的资金流问题重视不足。通过对中小企业资本结构和融资结构、资本成本与融资成本等各因素的分析,为中小企业融资行为的研究以及探索其规范行为的方法途径提供理论支持。并在此基础上设计了一个包括行为主体、质押物对象,以及出于资本成本考虑的杠杆的中小企业供应链融资的框架,为研究以融资成本作为融资杠杆的供应链融资决策模型提供参考。

In China, the cash flow of supply chain members does not get sufficient attention now. Analyzing the various factors in terms of capital structure and financing structure, and capital cost and financing cost of SMEs, the study provides theoretical support for analyzing SME financing behavior and for exploring ways to standardize the behavior. On this basis, a frame for SME supply chain financing is de-signed, covering behavioral agent, collateral objects, and the leverage which considers the capital cost. The frame will provide references for studying supply chain financing decision-making models that take financing leverage as financing cost.
