摘要
便携式Cu/CuSO4参比电极具有耐腐蚀、电位稳定及不易极化等优点,常作为管道和储罐电位测量的主要工具。但在低温环境下,常因电解液及陶瓷头/环境界面结冰而无法正常使用。本文研制出一种新型防冻型便携式Cu/CuSO4参比电极,通过向CuSO4饱和溶液中添加乙二醇溶液来降低电解液的凝固点。实验室研究结果表明,在室温下,添加了防冻液的参比电极和普通Cu/CuSO4参比电极性能相差不大,可以替代使用。但在-20oC时,防冻型参比电极电位较普通CuSO4参比电极更为稳定。
Portable Cu/CuSO4 reference electrode exhibits excellent corrosion resistance, stable potentials and not easy to polarize, and often used as the main tool of pipeline and tank potential measurement. But in low temperature environment, reference electrode often fails to work due to the freeze of CuSO4 electrolyte and ceramic head/environment interface. In this work, a new type of anti-freezing type portable Cu/CuSO4 reference electrode, with the addition of glycol solution in CuSO4 saturated solution. Laboratory research results show that, at room temperature, antifreeze reference electrode performance differs little from the traditional Cu/CuSO4reference electrode. When the temperature is lowered to -20oC, the anti-freezing reference electrode potential is more stable than ordinary CuSO4 reference electrode.
