核电站除盐水箱内部聚脲涂层缺陷应对措施探讨 被引量:2

摘要 喷涂聚脲技术(SPUA)以其优越的综合性能和优良的施工工艺,近年来被广泛应用于防腐领域。本文以SPUA技术在核电站钢制除盐水箱内部防腐的应用为例,介绍了除盐水箱内部聚脲涂层常见的缺陷类型,并通过手工脲刮涂修补和喷涂聚脲修补两种应对措施的使用效果,比较了两种方法的优劣。实际使用情况表明,喷涂聚脲修补的效果更佳。 Spray polyurea technology (SPUA) with their excellent comprehensive performance and construction technology, in recent years has been widely used in anti-corrosionfield. In this paper, the SPUA technology application in nuclear power plant demineralized water tank internal corrosion protection as an example, introduces the demineralized water tank internal polyurea coating defect types, and through manual polyurea scraping repair and spray polyurea repair two measures used, compares their effects. The actual application shows that, spray polyurea repair is better.
