摘要
目的:分析探讨轻度和中度寻常性银屑病患者氧化还原状态及白芍总苷对其的作用。方法随机检索选出60例2010年3月~2012年3月期间轻度和中度寻常性银屑病患者为试验组,选取60例健康人为对照组。给予试验组患者口服白芍总苷联合5%松馏油软膏的联合治疗,观察患者采用白芍总苷后的疗效并进行分析。结果试验组治疗前T-AOC(Antioxidant capacity)、SOD(Superoxide dismutase)、GSH-Px(Glutathione peroxidase)水平均显著低于对照组,差异具有显著统计学差异(P<0.01);试验组治疗前CAT水平高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组治疗前T-AOC指标为(15.27±8.18),对照组为(23.17±8.80)显著低于对照组的正常人,差异具有显著统计学差异(P<0.01);CAT试验组治疗前(36.92±9.30)对照组为(36.92±9.30),CAT水平高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后试验组患者的T-AOC、SOD、CAT(Catalase)、GSH-Px水平与试验组治疗后的各项指标相比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。试验组治疗前8-iso-PGF 2n水平为(71.77±8.18)μg/L显著高于对照组(38.17±8.90)μg/L及试验组治疗后(46.41±14.24)μg/L,差异均具有显著统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论轻度和重度银屑病患者存在均为氧化应激状态,白芍总苷的应用有效缓解了病情,提高了患者的抗氧化能力,且不良反应少,值得临床的应用和推广。
Objective To analyze and discuss the redox state of mild and moderateits psoriasis vulgaris patients and the effect of Total Glucoside of Paeony (TGP) on the patients. Methods 60 cases of mild to moderate psoriasis vulgaris patients treated in the hospital from March 2010 to March 2012 were selected randomLy as the experimental group, 60 cases of healthy people were selected as the control group.The experimental group was in the combination treatment of oral TGP and 5%pine tar, to observe the curative effect of total glucosides of paeony after and analysis. Results Before treatment, the T-AOC(Antioxidant capacity), SOD(Superoxide dismutase), GSH-Px(Glutathione peroxidase) levels of experimental group were signiifcantly lower than the control group , the difference was signiifcant (P〈0.01);and the CAT level of experimental group was higher than control group,with statistical significance (P 〈0.05). Experimental groups before treatment (15.27 ± 8.18 T-AOC index), control (23.17 ± 8.80) were signiifcantly lower than those in normal control group, the difference has statistical signiifcant differences (P〈0.01);CAT group before treatment (36.92 ± 9.30) in the control group (36.92 ± 9.30), CAT level is higher than that of control group, the difference was statistically signiifcant (P〈0.05). After treatment, group were the T-AOC, SOD, CAT, GSH-Px levels of experimental group compared to control group, the difference was statistically signiifcant (P〈0.01). The 8-iso-PGF 2n level(71.77 ± 8.18)μg/L of experimental group before treatment was signiifcantly higher than that of control group(38.17 ± 8.90)μg/L and experimental group (46.41 ± 14.24)μg/L after treatment, the differences were statistically signiifcant (P〈0.01). Conclusion Oxidative stress exists in patients with mild and severe psoriasis ,but the application of TGP alleviates the disease effectively and improves the patient's antioxidant capacity , with less adverse reactions, it’s worthy of clinical application and promotion.
