中西医结合治疗早孕先兆流产临床观察

目的：探讨中西医结合治疗早孕先兆流产的临床疗效。方法选取2010年10月～2013年10月文山市砚山县中医院门诊收治的先兆流产患者120例，随机均分2组（n=60）。对照组单纯应用西医治疗，观察组应用中西医结合治疗，比较2组疗效。结果观察组总有效率为93.3%，对照组总有效率为81.7%，观察组总有效率显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论中西医结合治疗先兆流产效果显著，能有效减轻患者的临床症状与体征，可作为临床治疗的有效方法。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of integrated medicine in patients with early threatened abortion. Methods The 120 early threatened abortion patients during the time from October 2010 to October 2013 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group, each group contained 60 cases. The control group were separately assigned western medicine, the observation group were given integrated medicine treatment. The clinical efficacy was compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate in observation group was 93.3%and that in the control group was 81.7%,The total effective rate of observation group were significantly higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Integrated medicine in the treatment of early threatened abortion has a significant effect. It can effectively relief clinical symptoms and signs. It can be used as a kind of effective method of clinical treatment.
