摘要
对某大汽机房型钢混凝土结构顶层边节点的抗震性能进行了研究,该类节点钢梁截面高度很大,柱截面相对较小,超出了现有规范承载力计算公式的适用范围。根据实际工程情况,顶层边节点采用柱贯通节点构造形式,设计和制作了1∶3缩尺节点模型,进行了梁端低周反复荷载作用下的抗震性能试验,得到了节点试件的破坏过程、破坏形态、试件滞回曲线和骨架曲线,进行了相应的抗震性能分析,并对该试验节点进行了非线性有限元分析。结果表明:所研究的型钢混凝土柱-钢梁组合节点具有较高的承载力,满足原结构的设计要求;该型钢混凝土柱-钢梁组合节点具有较大的位移延性系数。根据分析结果提出了柱贯通节点承载力验算公式。
The seismic performance of the side joints on the top layer of large turbine hall using steel reinforced con crete structure was studied. In the side joints, the sectional height of steel beam was large, but the one of column was relatively small, which exceeded the scope of bearing capacity formula in existing standards. According to the practical project, column-through joints were applied to the side joints on the top layer, and 1 : 3 scaled models were designed and made, then tests were conducted under beam-end low-cyclic reversed loading for seismic performances. The destruction process, failure modes, hysteretic curves and skeleton curves of specimens were obtained, the analyses of seismic performances were carried out, and nonlinear finite element analysis was conducted, the stress distribution and changes of the internal joints various parts under loading were fully mastered. The results show that, the bearing capacities of the steel reinforced concrete column steel beam composite joints are large, which satisfies the design demand; the displacement ductility coefficient of these SRC column-steel beam composite joints is large. According to the results of analysis, a bearing capacity formula of column-through joint is proposed.
