摘要
以OP-10,顺丁烯二酸为原料,经过氧化苯甲酰(BPO)引发自由基加成反应制备了一种新型的含有多亲水基团的表面活性剂.研究了反应温度,反应时间和引发剂用量对反应的影响.最佳反应条件为:反应温度为100-105℃,反应时间为7h,引发剂用量为顺丁烯二酸质量的1.0%.利用1 H NMR、FT-IR对其结构进行了表征.性能测试表明:产物的临界胶束浓度(cmc)为8.84×10^-4 mol/L,最低表面张力为29.5 mN/m,硬水中的稳定性达4级,且具有良好的低泡沫稳定性和自乳化特性.
A novel surfactants containing multihydrophilic groups were prepared through the reaction between maleic acid and octylphenol polyoxyethylene ether in the presence of a peroxy-type free radical initiator. The reaction time, temperature and nitiator dosage were optimized to 100 - 105 ℃, 7 h and 1.0% of maleic acid, respectively. The structure of the surfactants was characterized by FT-IR and 1H NMR. Result showed that the stability of the product in hard water was grade 4,its cmc was 8. 84 ×10^-4 mol/L andγcmc was 29.5 mN/m. The surfactant exhibits excellent functional properties of low-foaming stability and self-sequestering.
