摘要
以多聚磷酸为催化剂,邻苯二胺和丙酸为反应物,在微波辐射下合成了2-乙基苯并咪唑。实验结果表明:当微波输出功率为700W、间歇辐射时间8min、n(邻苯二胺)∶n(丙酸)=1∶2.5时,目标产物的合成收率可达79.9%,并利用紫外、红外、核磁、质谱对目标产物的结构进行了表征。
2-Ethylbenzimidazole was prepared by the reaction of o-phenylenediamine and propionic acid with polyphosphoric acid (PPA) as catalyst enhanced by microwave. The result showed that the yield could be 79.9% when microware power was 700 W, microwave enhanced time was 8 min and n(o-phenylenediamine) : n(propionic acid) was 1 :2.5. The target product was characterized by UV, IR, 1H NMR and MS.
