摘要
含固率为0.55%的陈藻经厌氧发酵处理后,产生的沼液中COD、氮和磷的平均浓度分别达到3713、73.0和6.5mg/L,需进行进一步的处理和利用。本文采用生物生态组合工艺,研究了不同水力停留时间条件下,生物接触氧化一水生蔬菜人工湿地组合工艺对陈藻厌氧沼液的处理效果,并分析了工艺运行特性及净化机理。研究表明,组合工艺有较好的有机物去除和脱氮除磷效果,对COD、NH4+-N、TN和TP的去除率分别达到85%、99%、96%和97%,出水平均浓度分别为37.6、0.6、2.8和0.2mg/L,达到《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GBl8918-2002)一级A标准,并可声出水生蔬菜,实现氮磷的资源化利用。该组合工艺具有节能、高效和简易的特点,适用于陈藻厌氧沼液的处理。
Stored algae of 0.55% solid containing rate was degraded by Anaerobic digestion and the concentration of COD, nitrogen and phosphorus was remained at 371.3,73.0 and 6.5mg/L respectively, which required the need for further processing and utilization The effect of stored algae treatment using biological contact oxidation combined with aquatic vegetable constructed wetland under different HRTs was investigated. Moreover, the operation characteristics and purification mechanism of the process were analyzed. Efficient removal of nitrogen, phosphorus and organics was achieved by this combined process. The removal rates of COD, NH4+-N, TN and TP reached 85%, 99%, 96% and 97%, respectively. The average effluent concentrations of COD, NH4+-N TN and TP were 37.6, 0.6, 2.8 and 0.2mg/L, respectively, which reached a level of first class stand in Discharge standard of pollutants for municipal wastewater treatment plant. Aquatic vegetables could be produced by utilizing the resource of nitrogen and phosphorus in wastewater. The results showed the biological contact oxidation combined with aquatic vegetable constructed wetland, which was suitable for biogas slurry of stored algae treatment, had the characteristics of energy-saving, high efficiency and simple operation
