胰岛素泵强化治疗对早期糖尿病肾病患者的影响评价被引量：3

摘要目的探讨应用胰岛素泵对老年早期糖尿病肾病女性患者的影响。方法按照随机法将2011年6月—2013年9月期间60例老年早期糖尿病肾病女性患者分成观察组与对照组,各30例,观察组应用门冬胰岛素泵对患者行血压控制,对照组应用普通胰岛素行血糖控制。评价两组效果。结果治疗前后,两组患者的β2微球蛋白(β2-MG)及尿微量白蛋白排泄率(UAER)有统计学差异,观察组较对照组更为明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);血糖方面,两组除凌晨3点,余下时间段均较治疗前明显下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组内生肌酐清除率(Ccr)无变化(P>0.05)。结论应用胰岛素泵强化治疗老年早期糖尿病肾病,效果理想,可降低患者的β2-MG与UAER,有推广价值。
