摘要
佛山保利商务中心塔楼结构高度约252m,采用框架-核心筒结构体系,属特别不规则的超B级高度超限结构。针对结构超高、大跨度重载屋盖及超高空单层索网幕墙结构等关键问题,进行了结构弹性、弹塑性和长周期地震波作用下构件损伤等分析,通过相应的结构加强措施,确保结构性能满足预设的抗震性能目标要求。
The Poly Commercial Central Tower with the height of about 252m adopts frame-core wall structural system. The project is an out-of-code super high-rise structure. According to super high-rise structure, large span and heavy load roof, super altitude monolayer cable curtain wall structure and other key issues, a variety of structural analysis including elastic analysis, elasto-plastic analysis and component damage analysis under the long-period seismic wave were carried out. The corresponding seismic strengthening measures which ensure the structural performance meets the seismic performance goal.
