摘要
由于建筑功能的要求,在沈阳中汇广场SOHO塔楼的5层楼面处需对较多外框架柱进行结构转换,根据其特殊的平面布置情况,最终采用Y形斜撑转换形式。详细分析了Y形斜撑的受力特点,给出了其适用条件及设计要点。结构整体计算分析结果表明,该塔楼采用Y形斜撑转换能满足规范要求和预先设定的抗震性能目标;同时对转换构件进行了中震和大震作用下的有限元应力分析,并根据分析结果提出了可行的设计加强措施。
Considering the requirements of architectural functions, many outer frame columns should be transformed on the fifth floor of SOHO tower of Shenyang Zhonghui Plaza. According to its special structure layout, Y-shaped transfer diagonal brace was adopted. The mechanical behavior of Y-shaped diagonal brace was analyzed in detail. The application condition and key design points for Y-shaped transfer diagonal brace design were introduced. The integral structural calculation and analysis results show that the structure with the Y-shaped diagonal brace can meet the code requirements and the performance-based seismic design goals. The stresses of transfer components under the medium earthquake and the rare earthquake were analyzed using the finite element method and the feasible strengthening measures were proposed based on the analysis results.
