英语专业翻译人才胜任力培育研究

On Competence Developing of Translation Talents for English Majors

本文意从社会需求角度入手,从翻译人才培养目标、教学模式、课程设置和教学内容四个方面分析目前高校英语专业翻译教学的现状及存在的主要问题,并结合翻译理论与教学实践等过程,针对性地提出改进建议,以实现教学创新,培养复合型翻译人才,达到学以致用的目标,进而增强毕业生的工作胜任力。

Starting from the point of social demand, the article analyzes the cun~.nt situation of translation teaching of university English majors and points out the existing problems in training goal, teaching model, curriculum setting as well as teaching content.Then the article puts forward the necessary strategies based on translation theory and teaching practice to guide translation teaching, thus to cultivate interdisciplinary translators and enhance working competence of graduates.
