异丙苯装置节能措施与效果分析

摘要 主要介绍了中国石化北京燕山分公司26.5万吨/年异丙苯装置在技术选择、工艺设计以及实际运行中所采取的节能措施,包括应用自主开发的合成异丙苯新技术、优化生产工艺和操作参数以及改造真空系统等。通过以上措施的实施,异丙苯装置取得了显著的节能效果,综合能耗降至燕化公司历史最低水平。 The paper primarily introduces some energy saving measures for the cumene unit with a production capacity of 265 kt/a in Sinopec Beijing Yanshan Company. Measures including adopting the self-developed cumene processing technology, optimizing the production process and operating parameters and revamping the vacuum pumping system were put into practice. After the above reforming, the cumene unit obtained a significant energy saving effect and its comprehensive energy consumption dropped to the lowest level in history in Sinopec Beijing Yanshan Company.
