通过研究加油站非油品业务的经营模式,集中论述了国有石油企业推进加油站非油品业务经营模式优化工作的必要性,剖析了直营和加盟两种经营方式在管理方式、盈利模式、激励方式、采购方式等方面的不同之处,总结归纳了直营和加盟两种模式的优势和不足,对于石油企业优化加油站非油品业务经营模式有一定借鉴意义。
Based on researching the operating modes of gas station non-oil products business, the article focuses on the necessity for state-owned petroleum enterprises to promote the operating mode optimization of gas station non-oil products business, analyzes the difference in the aspects such as management pattern, profit mode, motivational pattern and purchasing pattern between the two operating modes namely regular chain and franchising and concludes the advantages and disadvantages of the two kinds of modes, being of certain significance for petroleum enterprises to optimize the operating mode of gas station non-oil products business.
