摘要
结合青西油田作业区员工队伍现状,针对青西作业区员工队伍及人力资源管理特点,从工作分析规范化、人员使用合理化、培训与开发科学化、绩效评价公正化4个方面探讨提升青西油田作业区人力资源管理的对策。
On the basis of combining with the workforce status in Qingxi Oilfield Operation Area, aiming at the characteristics of workforce and human resource management in Qingxi Oilfield Operation Area, the article probes nto the countermeasures for upgrading the human resource management in O, ingxi Oilfield Operation Area from the following 4 aspects: normalized work analysis, rational personnel use, scientific training and development as well as fair performance evaluation.
