伴随着当今社会进入"全媒体时代",企业声誉逐渐上升到关乎企业生存与健康持续发展的高度,企业加强声誉管理势在必行。而通过适当方法加强企业的价值观、沟通和人才管理,有效塑造、激励员工,由内而外,树立企业形象,传播企业声誉,则是企业进行声誉管理的有效途径和手段。
Following the present society entering into the omnimedia times, corporate reputation has gradually risen to the height of relating to enterprise survival and healthy & sustainable development, it is imperative for enterprises to strengthen reputation management. The effective approaches and means for enterprises to curry out reputation management are as follows: strengthening corporate values, communication and talent management by appropriate methods, effectively molding and encouraging employees, setting up corporate image and spreading corporate reputation from within.
