Investigation on serum bilirubin levels and its correlation with cardiac function in chronic heart failure patients

摘要 胆红素是血循环中衰老红细胞的代谢产物。长期以来,一直被人们看作是一种有害代谢产物。但近年来有研究表明,胆红素是体内天然的抗氧化剂,并参与慢性心力衰竭的发生及发展〔1〕。本研究旨在探讨血清胆红素水平与慢性心力衰竭时心功能的关系。
