摘要
边境地区群体性突发事件是深入推进平安中国建设的重大隐患。要根据边境地区群体性突发事件的潜伏期、暴发期和善后期等不同发展阶段及其特点,有针对性地运用预警教育法、沟通教育法、矛盾调解法,舆情控引法、疏导教育法、隔离教育法、心理干预法、教育转化法、总结教育法等应急思想政治教育方法预防和化解群体性突发事件,提升边境地区处突维稳治边的综合能力,促进边境地区安全稳定。
Unexpected group incidents in border promotion of a sound social security environment areas are viewed as serious hazards affecting the on-going in China. Based on their characteristics and three different stages of unexpected group incidents, a series of expedient educational methods are suggested to be used to help prevent and smooth over group incidents, enhance comprehensive capability of the departments and promote safty and stability in border areas including early warning, communication, conflict mediation, guiding and control of public opinions and etc.,
