"法律诊所"教学法所秉承的教育理念和模式在面向实战、注重技能培养上与警察培训是相通的,其通过"中国化"、"公安化"、"培训教育化"处理,可在警察教育培训中推广应用,进而形成新的警察教育培训模式,即"警务诊所教学法"。通过公安教育体制的改革、相关法律制度的完善与教育理念的转变,可以分阶段推进该教学法的实施。

Nowadays, lots of police institutes have made gre progress not only in traditional education but also in practical operation to solve problems caused by the fickle police training system in China. The educational idea and pattern of Clinic Legal Teaching Method keep the same with those of police training which focus on actual combat and skill training. After practice the method named Policing Clinic Education has embraced elements of public security education with Chinese characteristics and can be used in the course of police training. With the reform of public security education system, the perfection of concerned legal system and the changing of educational ideas, it＇s time to push Policing Clinic Education into practicing step by step.
