摘要
多糖是桑叶中的主要活性成分之一,具有降血糖、抗动脉粥样硬化等多种药理作用。本文从桑叶多糖的提取、分离纯化、结构分析、生物活性及产品开发等方面进行综述,以期促进桑叶多糖产品的研发及桑叶资源的综合利用。
As one of the active ingredients of mulberry leaves, the polysaccharide possesses a variety of pharmacological effects including hypoglycemic effects and anti - atherosclerosis. The extraction, purification, molecular structure analysis, biological activity and product utilization of the polysaccharide from mulberry leaves were reviewed. The paper try to promote the product development and utilization of the mulberry leaves resources.
