氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片治疗伴焦虑症状视疲劳患者的临床观察

摘要 目的探讨氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片治疗伴焦虑症状视疲劳患者的临床观察。方法将伴焦虑症状的视疲劳患者144例随机分为两组,治疗组74例给予七叶洋地黄双苷滴眼液,并口服适量氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片;对照组70例单用七叶洋地黄双苷滴眼液治疗。对两组进行随机对照研究,并用汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)及汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)进行评估。结果治疗组可明显减轻视疲劳程度(1、2周P<0.05,4、6周P<0.01),同时明显减少HAMD和HAMA(1、2、4周P<0.05,6周P<0.01)。结论氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片治疗伴焦虑症状的视疲劳患者有明显疗效。
