摘要 连续介绍黑加仑等浆果资源开发,果酒、新鲜原果汁、高级碳酸饮料、汽酒、果汁饮料及果汁饮料浓浆、黑加仑小香槟、果冻及果酱。黑加仑浓缩果汁等产品的生产技术、配方、工艺、操作要点及个人体会,以及我国黑加仑等浆果开发的现状。
