In the design and blending, the charm of Chinese liquor is reflected in the pure grain fermentation of base and blending liquors with relevant storage period. In sensory evaluation, color, smell and taste are balanced with natural taste and stable quality, and with the feeling of "not strong with higher alcoholic degree, and not tasteless with low alcoholic degree" of drinking.
