摘要
生态化是白酒产业的发展方向,是通向白酒产业新型工业化和实现生态文明的重要途径。从生态酿酒的理论依据、生态酿酒的发展过程和生态酿酒的践行三方面对中国白酒的生态化进行了论述,描绘中国白酒生态化的远景,指出白酒行业人士一定要以推进白酒的生态化为己任,实现白酒产业与生态环境、人与生态环境的和谐发展。
The development direction of future of Chinese liquor industry is ecologicalization, which is the only way leading to the new-typed industrialization new-typed industrialization and ecological civilizations of Chinese liquor industry. Theoretical basis, evolution and practice of brewing ecocypically are analyzed in this paper, prospect for ecologicalization is described. People in Chinese liquor industry should undertake an important business of ecologicalization, achieve harmonious development of Chinese liquor industry and ecological environment, human being and ecological environment.
