摘要
以中粮生化能源(肇东)有限公司三期生产装置为基础,试验了诺维信I代淀粉酶不同加量对液化DE值影响。经过初步研究并结合实际生产成本等问题,综合判定当淀粉酶添加量在0.25Kg/t干基时效果最佳,酒份可达到15.61%vol,其他指标比较稳定。
In this study, we investigated the influence of test Novozymes I with different dosage of amylase liquefaction DE value In COFCO biochemical energy (Zhaodong) Co. Ltd., the three phase of the production equipment as the foundation condition. After a preliminary study and combined with the actual production costs and other issues, to determine when the amylase amount in 0.25Kg/t stem base effect is the best when the spirit, can reach 15.61%vol, the other indexes were stable.
