放血疗法联合神阙温灸治疗下肢顽固性湿疹的临床疗效观察

Effect of Bloodletting Combined with Shenque Moxibustion in the Treatment of Stubborn Eczema of Lower Limb

目的:观察放血疗法联合神阙温灸治疗下肢顽固性湿疹的临床疗效,为顽固性湿疹的治疗探寻一种安全有效的治疗方案。方法:将下肢顽固性湿疹患者48例随机分为治疗组25例,对照组23例,治疗组在阿是穴和背俞穴放血的基础上结合神阙温灸,对照组给予盐酸西替利嗪片联合曲安奈德益康唑乳膏治疗,4周后观察两组的治疗效果。结果:治疗后两组临床症状总积分均明显改善,但治疗组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组与对照组总有效率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),表明治疗组疗效优于对照组。结论:放血疗法联合神阙温灸能够有效地改善湿疹症状,减少湿疹面积,且副作用少,操作安全,可广泛运用于临床。

Objective：To observe the clinical effect of bloodletting combined with Shenque moxibustion in the treatment of stubborn eczema of lower limb , and to search for a safe and effective treatment .Methods：48 pa-tients with stubborn eczema of lower limb were randomized into two groups , with 25 patients in the treatment group , and others in the control group .Patients in the treatment group were treated with bloodletting combined with Shenque moxibustion , and the patients in the control group were treated with oral cetirizine hydrochloride tablets, and combined with Triamcinolone Acetonide and Econazole Nitrate Cream .After a total of two courses＆nbsp;treatment in each group , eczema area and clinical efficacy were observed .Results：The total scores in clinic were significantly improved in both groups after treatment .And the treatment group had a better result according to the indexes （ P〈0 .05 ） .The total effective rate in the treatment group was superior to that in the control group （ P〈0 .05 ） .Conclusion：Bloodletting combined with Shenque moxibustion can effectively relieve eczema symptoms and reduce eczema area ,with fewer side effects ,which is safe and can be widely used in clinical prac-tice.
