电针结合晶珠前列癃闭通胶囊治疗良性前列腺增生的临床观察

Clinical Observation of Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia Treated with Electroacupuncture Combined with Jingzhu Qianlie Longbitong Capsules

目的:观察电针结合晶珠前列癃闭通胶囊对良性前列腺增生症的影响。方法:按照随机数字表法将60例患者分为两组:治疗组30例、对照组30例。治疗组采用电针结合口服晶珠前列癃闭通胶囊治疗,对照组仅口服晶珠前列癃闭通胶囊,治疗4周后,观察两组治疗前后国际前列腺症状评分(IPSS)、生活质量评分QOL)、最大尿流率(Qmax)变化情况及临床疗效。结果:与治疗前相比,治疗后两组患者I-PSS评分、QOL评分、Qmax均有所改善;治疗后与对照组相比,治疗组患者的I-PSS积分、生活质量评分(QOL)降低显著,最大尿流率(Qmax)增加明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。临床疗效上,治疗组总有效率93.3%,对照组总有效率70%。结论:电针结合晶珠前列癃闭通胶囊能够明显改善良性前列腺增生症患者I-PSS评分、QOL评分和Qmax,临床疗效确切。

Objective：To observe the effect of electroacupuncture combined with Jingzhu Qianlie Longbitong＆nbsp;capsules on benign prostate hyperplasia .Methods：Sixty cases were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group ,with 30 cases in each group .The patients in the treatment group were treated by electroacu-puncture and Jingzhu Qianlie Longbitong capsules were taken at the same time and in the control group patients were only given Jingzhu Qianlie Longbitong capsules .Four weeks after treatment , the changes of international prostate symptom score （ I-PSS） , quality of life （ QOL） , maximum urinary flow rate （ Qmax） and clinical effi-cacy were observed between two groups pre and post treatment .Results：Compared with pre -treatment, there was an improvement in international prostate symptom score （ I-PSS） , quality of life （ QOL） and maximum u-rinary flow rate （Qmax） among all patients of two groups; After treatment, compared with the control group, the international prostate symptom score （I-PSS）, quality of life （QOL）lowered significantly, maximum uri-nary flow rate （ Qmax） increased significantly among patients of the treatment group and the difference was sta-tistically significant （P〈0.05）.In clinical efficacy, the total effective rate in the treatment group was 93.3%, which in the control group was 70%.Conclusion：There is a definitely clinical effect that electroacupuncture combined with Jingzhu Qianlie Longbitong capsules can significantly improve patients with benign prostatic hy-perplasia according to international prostate symptom score （ I-PSS） , quality of life （ QOL） and maximum uri-nary flow rate （ Qmax） .
