摘要 目的:探讨血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)在电针治疗大鼠创面损伤中的表达及作用。方法:健康清洁级SD大鼠36只随机分为电针正极组、电针负极组、电针围刺组和正常大鼠组,每组9只。建立创面损伤模型,分别于治疗后第1天、3天、7天后进行取材。进行HE染色和免疫组织化学检测,观察各组大鼠肉芽组织中VEGF表达及血管的数目。结果:经统计学分析及两两比较,可以认为负极组中VEGF表达及血管数目与正极组、围刺组及正常大鼠组均有显著差别(P<0.05)。结论:血管内皮生长因子在电针负极组治疗大鼠创面损伤中的表达明显高于正极组、围刺组及正常大鼠组。 Objective:To investigate the expression and effect of vascular endothelial growth factor ( VEGF) in electroacupuncture treatment for the wound in rats .Methods:36 healthy clean-class female SD rats were ran-domly assigned to positive electroacupuncture , negative electroacupuncture , surrounding electroacupuncture and normal groups .Each group had nine rats .Rat models of wound were made .The tissue was taken at the first day, and 3rd and 7th days after treatment.VEGF expression and vessel count in the granulation tissue of wound surface were observed by HE staining and an immune histochemical method in various groups .Results:It showed by one-way ANOVA and pairwise comparison that the expression of VEGF and vessel count in negative electroacupuncture group was significantly different from those in positive electroacupuncture , surrounding elec-troacupuncture and normal groups .(P〈0.05).Conclusion:The expression of vascular endothelial growth fac-tor in the wound surface is significantly higher in the negative electroacupuncture group of rats than those in the positive electroacupuncture , surrounding electroacupuncture and normal groups of rats .
