夹脊温针灸法对佐剂性关节炎大鼠膝关节滑膜核因子-κB的影响 被引量:8

摘要 目的:探讨夹脊温针灸法对佐剂性关节炎(AA)大鼠膝关节滑膜中核因子-κB(NF-κB)表达的影响。方法:以AA大鼠为研究对象,采用免疫组化法检测膝关节滑膜中NF-κB(P65)的活性表达。结果:夹脊温针灸法可降低AA大鼠膝关节滑膜NF-κB(P65)高表达活性。结论:夹脊温针灸法可降低滑膜组织中异常活化的NF-κB活性,这是针灸治疗类风湿关节炎(RA)机制之一。
