养心汤治疗心脏神经症56例临床观察

Yangxin Decoction in the Treatment of Cardiac Neurosis: Clinical Observation of 56 Cases

目的:观察养心汤治疗心脏神经症的临床疗效。方法:符合纳入标准的56例心脏神经症患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组各28例,治疗组口服养心汤,每日1剂,300ml分2次早饭前晚饭后温服。对照组给予倍他乐克12.5mg,每日2次口服;谷维素20mg,每日3次口服;维生素B110mg,每日3次口服。两组均服药14天(1个疗程),分别对两组治疗前后的中医症状进行评分,进行疗效的评价。结果:治疗组与对照组的临床治愈率、显效率、有效率、临床症状改善总有效率分别为46.43%、28.57%、17.86%、92.86%,28.57%、17.86%、28.57%、75.00%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组与对照组在治疗期间均未发生不良反应。结论:养心汤在临床上治疗心脏神经症不仅能有效地改善患者的症状,而且大大的提高了患者的生活质量并未见不良反应。

Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of Yangxin decoction in the treatment of cardiac neuro-sis.Methods:56 patients who met the criteria were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group with 28 cases in each group .The patients in treatment group were received Yangxin decoction ,daily one dose 300ml for two times before breakfast and after dinner;the control group was given Betaloc 12.5mg, two times a day orally;oryzanol 20 mg, three times a day orally;vitamin B1 10 mg, three times a day .The treat-ment in two groups lasted 14 days ( a course ) and the symptoms of two groups before and after treatment were evaluated according to efficacy .Results:In the treatment group and the control group curative rate , significant efficiency , efficiency improvement of clinical symptoms , total effective rate were 46 .43%, 28 .57%, 17.86%, 92 .86%, 28 .57%, 17 .86%, 28 .57%, 75 .00%, with a statistically significant difference be-tween two groups ( P<0 .05 ) .The treatment group and the control group had no adverse reactions during treatment .Conclusion:Yangxin decoction in clinical treatment for cardiac neurosis can not only effectively im-prove the symptoms of patients , but also greatly improve the quality of life among patients ,and the treatment effect is prominent;Yangxin decoction in the treatment of patients with cardiac neurosis indexes has no obvious abnormalities ,with no adverse reactions among patients .
