清肺利水法治疗血雌二醇升高的ⅢA型前列腺炎临床观察

Effect of TCM Method by Qing-Fei-Li-Shui Treatment on Ⅲ_A Prostatitis with Serum Estradiol Increased

目的:总结运用名老中医梁廷福主任医师经验,观察清肺利水法治疗血雌二醇升高的ⅢA型前列腺炎的疗效和对性激素的影响。方法:选择伴有血雌二醇升高的ⅢA型前列腺炎患者100例,统计中医证型,并随机分成观察组和对照组。观察组服用清肺利水方,1剂/日,水煎2次,分2次口服;对照组口服特拉唑嗪片,2mg,每日1次,口服。观察期为4周。结果:100例患者中医证型中复合型占89%,气滞血瘀证合湿热下注证占65%。实际完成85例,其中观察组43例,对照组42例。治疗后观察组的NIH-CPSI和血雌二醇较对照组有显著差异(P<0.01),而血睾酮无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:清肺利水法治疗血雌二醇升高的ⅢA前列腺炎疗效显著。

Objective：In order to summarize the experience from a famous TCM doctor LIANG Ting -fu, we observed the curative effect of Qing -Fei -Li -Shui Treatment on ⅢA prostatitis with serum estradiol in-creased.Method：Patients were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group .The patients in the observation group were treated by Qing -Fei-Li-Shui Treatment .The patients in the control group were treated with terazosin .The treatment course of two groups was both for four weeks .Then the NIH-CPSI, serum estradiol and serum testosterone were comparatively analyzed before treatment and after treatment .Re-sults：After the treatment , there were 43 cases in the observation group and 42 cases in the control group that were completed .By statistical analysis , the NIH-CPSI and serum estradiol were more decreased in the obser-vation group than those in the control group （ P〈0.01） , while serum testosterone had no significant difference between the observation group and the control group （p〉0.05）.Conclusion：Compared with terazosin, Qing-Fei-Li-Shui treatment is more effective on ⅢA prostatitis with serum estradiol increased .
