摘要 对比传统的建筑设计技术分析了基于建筑信息模型全过程设计的优势,着重研究基于同一数据平台下的信息模型如何从设计单位无缝传递给施工单位和业主单位,有效应用于工程的设计阶段、施工阶段和运维阶段,实现信息模型的最大化利用。研究结果表明,建筑信息模型能应用于工程的各个阶段,各阶段数据能够无缝传递,一步一步深化,直至以数字化形式交付业主。以ipad为载体移交信息模型更是一种全新的提交方式,对业主的后期运行维护有较大影响。 The advantages of whole design process based on Building Information Modeling (BIM) are analyzed by comparing with traditional architectural design technology. The seamless transfer of BIM from designer to constructors and owner under a data platform, the effective application of BIM in the design, construction and operation stages of project, and other application of BIM are emphatically studied herein. The results show that the BIM technology can be applied to various stages of engineering with seamless data transfer and final delivering the digital model to owner. Taking ipad as a carrier to transfer information model is a new way and will greatly influence the later operation and maintenance of owner.
