摘要
电力系统大坝安全信息集中监控平台由信息报送系统、自动预处理系统、人工分析处理系统、信息发布系统组成。监控平台实现了电力系统水电站大坝安全信息从采集、报送、处理、分析到发布全过程处理,使得大坝安全监管单位专业人员能够实时掌握注册大坝的安全状况,并且实现了监管单位与水电站大坝运行单位的信息化交流和反馈,对促进现场检查与远程管理相结合的大坝安全管理新格局提供了良好的技术支持。
The dam safety information centralized monitoring platform of hydropower industry consists of information transfer system, automatic pre-processing system, artificial analysis system and information release system. The monitoring platform can achieve the collection, transfer, processing, analysis and release of dam safety information of all hydropower stations in electric system, and make the dam safety regulatory professionals to real-time understand the safety conditions of all registered dams. The monitoring platform ensures the information communication and feedback between supervision unit and hydropower station dam operation units and provides a good technical support to promote the new dam safety management idea of the combination of on- site inspection and remote management.
