摘要 研究了电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)测定汽油中有害杂质元素铜、铅、铁、锰、硫和磷的方法。样品经稀释剂稀释后直接进样分析,应用动态反应池技术(DRC)消除多原子离子的质谱干扰,通过研究反应气的流量变化对背景等效浓度(BEC)的影响确定最佳反应气流量。该方法对于汽油中铜、铅、铁、锰、硫和磷的检出限分别为0.009,0.024,0.024,0.072,5.138,0.557μg/L,方法的精密度和准确性良好,能够满足车用汽油产品标准的检测要求。 The method for determining harmful elements of copper, lead, iron, manganese, sulfur and phosphorus in motor gasoline by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) was studied. The samples were measured directly after diluted properly. The dynamic reaction pool technology (DRC) was used to eliminate the interference of polyatomie ion. By discussing the effect of the reaction gas flow of methane and oxygen on the back ground equivalent concentration (BEC), the optimum reaction gas flow was ascertained. The detection limits for copper, lead, iron, manganese, sulfur and phosphorus are 0. 009, 0. 024, 0. 024, 0. 072, 5. 138, 0. 557 μg/L, respectively. Precision and accuracy of the method are good enough to meet the requirements of gasoline detection.
