摘要
针对一起由于阀门紧固螺柱断裂引发的氢气管道泄漏故障,首先通过多种理化检测手段对螺柱材质、断口形貌等进行了分析,判断认为螺柱断裂属于应力腐蚀开裂;随后对促成应力腐蚀开裂的材料因素、力学因素及环境因素逐一进行分析,辨识出螺柱断裂的根本原因在于选材不当;最后,对螺柱选材和管道阀门检查及建设管理等提出了建议。
Leakage was found from a valve of one hydrogen pipeline because of the fracture of the stud bolt of the valve. Based on material analysis,fracture morphology analysis and other chemical or physical testing,it is considered that stress corrosion cracking( SCC) is responsible for the fracture of the bolt. Then the influence of three factors of material,stress and corrosive environment on the SCC is analyzed respectively in details. Improper selection of the material is identified as the root cause of the fracture of the bolt. At last,suggestions are given for how to choose the bolt material and how to examine and manage the pipe.
