摘要
文章通过自制问卷对广西10所基层医疗卫生机构现状进行调查,了解了广西不同地区、不同基层卫生服务机构作为全科医学教育基层实践基地在教学条件上存在着一定差距,大部分机构教学设施比较落后、师资力量薄弱、教学管理不完善等。建议进一步加强师资培养和资金投入。
In this article,by surveying the current situation of 10 primary medical health organizations in Guangxi with questionnaire, we review a gap on the teaching conditions between the primary medical health organizations among different regions. Most institutions have behindhand teaching facilities, unqualified faculty, incomplete teaching manage- ment,and so on. It is recommended to further strengthen teacher training and capital investment.
