基于微生物强化的原位污泥减量中试研究 被引量:4

摘要 为了考察以微生物强化为手段的隐性增殖技术对污泥的减量效果及对污水处理效能和污泥特性的影响,利用两套规模为240m3/d的A/O中试装置开展了特定菌种的投加试验。在延长污泥龄、高污泥浓度和低污泥浓度三种运行工况下,MLSS(MLVSS)减量率分别为30.66%(33.79%)、27.44%(28.69%)和26.26%(28.08%),有效减少剩余污泥产量;微生物强化使出水pH略微降低,SS、COD、BOD5、TN、氨氮的去除率不同程度增加,TP去除率下降,存在超标风险;菌剂组SVI在初期偏高,中后期变低,污泥沉降性能变好;标准化CST变小,脱水性能提高;排泥中的重金属、石油类和氰化物不同程度增加,但均达到排放标准。
